Let’s set SAS Studio back to English!

Let’s say you want to have SAS Studio in English but get another language. The LOCALE= SAS global option is not EN_UK or EN_US but something else.

Here is an example illustrated with Windows 10 and Firefox but the principle also apply to other browsers.


My personal story: I added new languages to check the spelling. English was not anymore the first language in the list but German. I had to move up English in the list.


Step 1 – Check your computer language

Step 2 – Check your browser language

Step 2.1 – Select “Options”

Step 2.2 – Select “General” and navigate to “Language”

Step 2.3 – Move Up “English” to have it as preferred language
